Chocolate Fudge
This month we will learn how to make delicious homemade chocolate fudge which will bring the taste of Lonavla to your kitchen.
Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate: 100 gm
- Milk Chocolate: 1000 gm
- Vanilla Essence: 2 -3 Drops
- Cashew nuts pieces: 1 Cup
- Almond Pieces: 1/2 Cup
- Condensed Milk: 50 gm
- Butter: 1 Table Spoon
Method
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate in a bowl using Microwave / Boiler
- In separate heated pan, add butter, melted chocolate and condensed milk
- Add vanilla essence & dry-fruits and mix it properly
- Layer the mixer on a plate once it get thicken
- Let it be little cool and than only put in fridge for an hour
- Giver shape of your choice after 1 hour of time
- Decorate with icing and sprinkle Christmas tree
- Can be also served as a no bake muffins
