Chocolate Fudge

This month we will learn how to make delicious homemade chocolate fudge which will bring the taste of Lonavla to your kitchen.


  1. Dark Chocolate: 100 gm
  2. Milk Chocolate: 1000 gm
  3. Vanilla Essence: 2 -3 Drops
  4. Cashew nuts pieces: 1 Cup
  5. Almond Pieces: 1/2 Cup
  6. Condensed Milk: 50 gm
  7. Butter: 1 Table Spoon


  1. Melt the dark and milk chocolate in a bowl using Microwave / Boiler
  2. In separate heated pan, add butter, melted chocolate and condensed milk
  3. Add vanilla essence & dry-fruits and mix it properly
  4. Layer the mixer on a plate once it get thicken
  5. Let it be little cool and than only put in fridge for an hour
  6. Giver shape of your choice after 1 hour of time
  7. Decorate with icing and sprinkle Christmas tree
  8. Can be also served as a no bake muffins
